Once I have met with both parent and tween/teen in the initial consultation, we determine whether my coaching and the child’s needs are a good match. If another professional is better suited to meet their needs then I will make every effort to refer the family to them.

6 Session Package

This option is great if you have never had coaching and you would like to see how it benefits your life. Perhaps you have already identified a specific problem or issue that you would like to explore. Working with me for these sessions will enable you to become more self-aware and begin to make changes that set you up to succeed in future endeavours.

So apart from having a great sense of humour, a likeable personality, the ability to connect with girls easily and plenty of life experiences with the challenges that girls face…see the About Me page for more info… I also have:

a Diploma in Life Coaching through Jan Haldane,
a Confidence Life Coaching Certificate through the Transformation Academy,
an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy through AIFC,
a Bachelor’s degree in Learning Management-Early Childhood through CQU,
a Certificate IV in Christian Ministry through Alphacrucis

I’ve taught as a primary school teacher for 14 years and walked with children through their stuff (personally, emotionally, academically, mentally, socially and even physically) Yes- I was the teacher running the cross country with the slowest Grade 6 girl and being her biggest cheerleader so she would cross the line at the end so she didn’t feel like a failure and so that she could see that she had more grit than she believed she did.

Whilst my coaching business is still only new, my experience as a life-coach has been existent for many years with countless young people turning to me for guidance as a “friendtor” or mentor. I’ve served in youth ministries as a leader and ran small group sessions with teenage women since I was 19 so there’s not much that I haven’t seen/heard.

I am here to help your daughter but I also believe the entire family unit will be positively impacted as we all know how interconnected we are and how the domino effect plays out.

Yes. All coaching sessions with minors are confidential, with some exceptions related to safety:

Minor client reports to me about physical or sexual abuse. I am obligated to report this information to Child Safety Services or a similar service in your state of residence.
Minor client provides information that informs me they are in danger of harming themselves or others. If this occurs, I will contact the parent immediately.
